Insurance pilot model

A limited pilot path from scoping and governance to joint review.

The model describes how cooperation for clearly bounded case groups can be assessed. Advofleet combines legal work, standardized processes and digital tools – legal decisions and approvals remain with qualified professionals. It is not an immediately activatable standard product and includes no pre-committed interface or service level.

The route through the system

Five clear movements instead of a digital black box.

01

Gate 1: Operational scoping

Inclusion and exclusion criteria, volume band, exceptions, communication routes and stop criteria are described together. Pilot scope and duration are part of this delineation. Without this clear boundary there is no technical implementation. The offerings presented can be made more concrete once both parties have confirmed operational suitability for the pilot model.

02

Gate 2: Governance approval

Contracting parties, legal service delivery, data roles, legal bases, access, retention, complaints and escalation must be settled before live operation. Governance also defines responsibility for quality assurance, compliance and regular review. This gate ensures that all legal, data-protection and organizational prerequisites are met.

03

Gate 3: Limited operation

An approved pilot begins with the agreed scope. Suitability review, acceptance, handover and legal approval remain traceable steps. Automation decides neither coverage nor client acceptance – these decisions are made by qualified professionals. During the pilot, predefined measures are continuously recorded.

04

Gate 4: Joint review

Measures may include volume, suitability, acceptance, first action, completion, exceptions and complaints. Definitions and data basis are agreed during scoping. The review documents findings, challenges and potential improvements. The review does not lead to automatic continuation – adjustment or termination follow only a joint decision.
