Advofleet is a technology platform and does not provide legal services directly. All legal services are provided by licensed attorneys who are independent professionals. Advofleet does not control or supervise the legal services provided by these attorneys.
5. Fees and Payment
Pricing for services will be clearly communicated before any transaction. All fees are subject to change with notice. Payment terms will be specified for each service offering.
6. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Advofleet Business Services GmbH and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Advofleet Business Services GmbH, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
